We Pour Various Stainless Steel Grades

Basically, our foundry poured 300 series stainless steel, 400 series stainless steel and Precipitation Hardening Alloys. The most common stainless steel alloys you can check out as below. We are also open to pour other types of alloys based on your request. We will provide you material certificates if it is necessary.

304 stainless steel (SUS304 Japan Specs, 1.4301W-Nr Germany Specs)

This alloy widely applies in the food industry as the standard for cleanliness as well as corrosion resistance. Besides, 304 Stainless steel casting serves in Food grade steel, turbo housing, and Pump bodies industries.

316 Stainless steel (SUS316 Japan Specs, 1.4401/1.4436W-Nr Germany Specs)

This alloy widely applies to its superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for many uses including marine environments. Besides, 316 stainless steel parts  serve in Valve and pump, Automobile and Marine industry.

304L/316L Stainless Steel Casting

This alloy is similar to 304/316 stainless steel. It has low carbon and makes it softer but more corrosion resistant for each grade of material. This low carbon stainless steel parts serve 'as welded' in severe corrosion environments and eliminates the need for annealing.

410/430/403/406 stainless steel

These alloys are high strength and easy to machine. They will tend to break rather than bend under intense pressure. However, 400 series stainless steel are not as corrosion resistant as the 300 series stainless steel. They serve as petrochemical, automotive exhaust systems, heat exchanges, furnaces, appliances and food equipment.
